Expectations & Commitment

We expect our players to commit time and effort to their development. Improvement requires practice and repetition—progress will not occur simply by joining the team. Players should actively work on their skills outside of scheduled practices.

Attendance at all practices and games is essential. Inconsistent attendance will affect playing time. As a competitive team, commitment is vital to our program.

We ask families to understand that playing time is earned through performance, attitude, effort, and contributions to the team. We prioritize what each player brings to the game and their dedication to the team's success.

To promote constructive communication, we have a "24-hour rule" for feedback after games. Unless it is positive, we ask parents and families to wait 24 hours before reaching out with comments.

Finally, we expect each family to support a positive team environment. Cooperation among families creates a strong foundation for players to grow and be challenged.
