Coach Jake Green
Program Director/Coach
Coach Jake has been coaching Kindergartners through High-School seniors for 8+ years. He began coaching 15U, 16U, and 17U for the Iowa Mavericks and Iowa Barnstormers AAU programs while in college, and transitioned to youth (K-8) in Portland. He has been a Director of Youth Basketball in Portland for high schoolers, middle schoolers, and K-5 the Portland metro for the past 4 years.
He partnered in starting DCBA - a youth basketball program in Iowa in the county he grew up in & moved back to Portland.

Coach Phil Ross
Director of Basketball Development/Coach
Coach Phil has been involved in the game his entire life, and coaching for 7+ years. He oversees all of our teams' skill & player development, and contributes to our program's basketball philosophy. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the court daily & loves being around the game while encouraging kids to grow.
