Coach Jake has been coaching Kindergartners through High-School seniors for 14 years. He began coaching 15U, 16U, and 17U for the Iowa Mavericks and Iowa Barnstormers AAU programs while in college, and started Portland Reign when he moved out west.

3/4th - 8th, High School

Coach Phil has been involved in the game his entire life, and coaching for 7+ years. He oversees all of our teams' skill & player development, and contributes to our program's basketball philosophy. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the court daily & loves being around the game while encouraging kids to grow.

Coaching is an outlet to express my love for the game and giving back the lessons and structure to lives of the youth the game has taught me. I enjoy watching and seeing the development and growth in kids, and leading by example.
