Summer Breakfast Club Workouts
Join us for our morning Breakfast Club workouts! Great opportunity for our players and other competitive players interested in the program to get workouts in this Summer.
June 19 - August 21st : Monday-Friday
5th - 8th : 7:30am-9:30am
9th-12th : 6am-8am
Skill sessions focused on building skill set, and personalized workouts each morning.
30-35 workouts with Coach Phil, Jake, and Xavier.
Plyometrics, footwork drills, strength and agility training.
Drop in on the days you want!
*Limited space each section to ensure plenty of attention on each athlete. Must sign-up a week prior and Jake will send link to sign up. Payments must be made prior.
